It is also effective in sports training, stress management, pregnancy care and general wellness. Massage therapy is both science and art.

It is a safe and relaxing approach to relieve pain and encourage healing with the use of fine sterile needles, acupressure and cupping.

Orthotics
$450 Orthotics are custom-made shoe inserts that promote proper foot biomechanics, improve posture, relieve pain and stress in the foot, knees, hips and back. As a result, injuries from improper and poor biomechanics are minimized or prevented, physical activity is more enjoyable and less damaging. Dr. Shook has teamed up with Peak Orthotics in order to provide high quality custom orthotics for his patients. 
Peak Orthotics is based out of Courtenay British Columbia that creates a rehabilitative style of orthotic that allows for proper biomechanics of the foot, promoting proper muscle function and joint movement. Each Orthotic is unique to your foot and what your foot needs.

If you qualify for Premium Assistance, we will bill MSP directly.
You will need to provide your BC Care Card when you come in, MSP cover $23 of your visit and you will be responsible to pay the remainder of the cost.
MSP covers 10 visits per calendar year (those 10 visits are shared with chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, physiotherapy and naturopathy).
If you qualify for Premium Assistance, we will bill MSP directly.
